Connect corporate email and set up sender email

To improve your mailing system reputation and deliverability consider enabling sender email for your Joomag account.

Enabling a sender email essentially means:

  • Enhancing your sender reputation and significantly reducing the risk of your emails being marked as spam

  • Protecting your identity and maintaining a trustworthy brand image

To enable a sender email perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your Joomag account

  2. Open the Email Marketing section

  3. Go to the Settings tab and click Enable

  4. Enter your corporate email address and click the Verify This Email button

  5. You will receive a verification email to the specified email address which you will need to confirm: just click the link to verify the email address

  6. Finally, go back to your Email Marketing Settings tab and click Verify

Important: Either the sender domain or the sender email feature needs to be chosen when sending—both cannot be used at the same time.
