Enable AI Chat Assistant for your publications

Joomag has introduced an AI Assistant feature, which acts as an in-publication chat widget designed to enhance reader engagement and content interaction. This tool allows readers to interact directly with digital publications to find information quickly without leaving the page.

  • Answers reader questions instantly using the content of the publication

  • Helps readers find specific information faster (articles, sections, details)

  • Improves comprehension by summarizing or clarifying content on demand

  • Keeps readers engaged longer with interactive, conversational access to content

Here's the set up process:

  1. Go to a specific publication for which you want to enable the AI assistant
  2. Click the AI Chat button

  3. In the pop-up window, you’ll see how many credits are required to enable the AI Chat. Click Enable AI Assistant.

  4. Check back in a few minutes to see your results in the publication viewer. When ready, the assistant icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of the viewer.
