Take notes on the publication

When reading educational or training materials, you have the option to create personal notes that are exclusively for your use. These notes can be added, edited, and deleted on specific pages within the publication. Furthermore, you can download your notes in a CSV file format.

The note will be saved in your browser’s cache. To ensure access to your notes on other devices, you should log in to your account or create one.

Add Notes

  1. Click on the Notes button on the left sidebar

If you do not see the Notes button on the left sidebar of the viewer, it indicates that the publisher didn't activate this feature.

2.   Click Add new note to start taking notes on the page

3.   Click Save the note once done

 

Edit Notes


To edit the note, click on the pencil button

To remove the note, click the bin button and then click Delete to confirm the action
     
Here's how you can remove multiple notes at once.

💡 If you have previously added a note on a page, you will notice a notification dot indicating the number of notes for that specific page.

Log in/out


1.   To log in, click Log in to see all your saved notes


2.   To log out, simply click on the logout icon. A window will pop up asking you to confirm the action by clicking on Log Out

If you log out, your next notes will not be available across all your devices.


Full-screen mode

It's possible to view all your notes on full-screen mode by clicking the full-screen icon at the bottom of the panel

Within the full-screen view, you have the option to select multiple notes at once and delete them in bulk:

export notes

Download notes

To export your notes as a CSV file, access the full-screen mode of the Notes panel and click Download

💡 To quickly access all your notes, simply click on the Notes button. Then, click Go to this page to be instantly taken back to the page where you took a specific note.
