      Provide the access PIN of your account

      In some cases, we need to access your account to do several checks and provide better customer support.

      Providing the access PIN to our Customer Support Representative you grant your permission to temporarily access your account.

      To find the access PIN to your account follow the steps below:

      1. Open the Settings from your Dashboard

      2. In the User Settings section scroll down and you'll find it in the bottom left corner of the page.
