      Enable notetaking on a Joomag viewer

      When creating publications for training purposes, it is crucial to provide readers with the ability to take notes inside the publication to highlight what they have learned.

      If this feature is unavailable in your account, contact us via Live Chat or at success@joomag.com.

      By using the notetaking feature, your audience can add, edit, and delete notes on pages within the publication. Additionally, they can download these notes as a CSV file. To ensure access to their notes on other devices, readers should log in to their account.

      Here's how to enable the notetaking option for the viewer:

      1. Access the Actions menu of a collection
      2. Proceed to the Viewer settings



      An alternative method to access the viewer settings is by clicking on the Viewer icon located in the header and then selecting the Go to viewer settings button.

           


      3.  Under the Main Settings check Enable notetaking option and click Save and Close.
